Keeping it casual… a bit about myself.

I am Candy, a graphic designer with a background in Curtin University, currently working as a freelance designer. In order to maintain a professional and streamlined image on my website, I limit the amount of information I provide to avoid unsolicited calls and protect the quality of my services. As an Australian, I am passionate about contributing to the growth of the design and technology industry in my home country.

Personally, I find great fulfillment in my work and enjoy the challenges it presents, much like teaching primary school children or coaching youth soccer. Keeping busy is important for my mental well-being, and I make a point to laugh every day. I encourage children to use "laugh therapy," although I recognize that coffee is not an appropriate choice for young people.

Due to the pandemic, remote communication with clients has become the norm. Prior to freelancing, I worked for Sphere Medical Graphics, which later merged with two other companies to form Style Graphics. During that time, I worked on various projects, including promotional materials for Wild Horse and Perth Mint.

Over the past 12 years of working with my own clients, I have been fortunate to develop loyal relationships with them. I value these clients and appreciate the opportunities to learn from each job and experience new perspectives. As someone who believes in the power of word-of-mouth advertising, I prioritize building personal connections with potential clients in order to understand their branding and goals.

Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I am excited to hear from both new and returning clients, and I welcome any inquiries or opportunities to discuss how I can assist you. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone.

See you soon,

Candy
